SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Shipping is something that nobody enjoys (including us). The products you receive should be safe, timely, and free of shipping charges. We are happy to fulfil your wish, because we offer free shipping across India on orders over Rs. 499. Buying from us will not cause you any shipping hassles!

SHIPPING POLICY

  • BOMBAY CLOTH STORE will ensure the products are delivered in excellent condition and on time. Within 3-5 working days of placing an order, orders are shipped out, and domestic orders (in India) usually arrive within 2-10 working days (subject to transit conditions).
  •  The delivery time for international orders is between 10 and 15 working days.
  • Although we make every effort to complete orders within the specified delivery dates (2-4 working days for available fabrics and 7-10 working days for customised fabric orders), there may be a very significant instances where an order may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
  • Products need further shipping fees must be indicated on the product description page and at the time the transaction is being placed.
  • We can only handle one delivery address per order; therefore, if you want to ship things to several addresses, you must place separate orders.
  •  Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.
  • All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.
  • Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.
  • Prices are inclusive of all charges and taxes (terms n conditions apply).
  • Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you give us.
  • The delivery days mentioned is approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • Please be advised, that we do not offer express delivery.
  • By placing the order from BOMBAY CLOTH STORE.COM website you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concern regarding their services.
  • Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For return of an international order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

  • Cash on delivery is only applicable for minimum billing amount Rs. 499, maximum Rs. 10000.
  • The PIN code provided by COD must be in the operational area. If not, you should use any online payment mode.
  • The box cannot be opened without payment at the time of delivery. • Do not accept an order if the package has been opened, torn, or tampered with during delivery.
  • We do not accept credit/debit cards for cash on delivery.
  • Cash-on-delivery fee will be charged for sale items.
  • Cash on delivery does not apply to international orders.
  • There is no additional charge for using the cash on delivery feature, except for sale items and bills over Rs. 999 for perishable items.
